The Classroom/High Tech Lab Center includes computer and general classrooms, a movie theatre, board of trustee’s conference room, and facility offices off the top floor plaza. A cast in place concrete & steel structure forms a 3-part building with two wings connected by steel and structurally glazed conical-shaped tower. In addition, the building features an atrium circulation core. This multi-story building will fill the underutilized space between the student center and the Physical Education building. The top floor is connected by a pedestrian bridge to the student center. Due to the sloped site, all three levels are accessible at grade.
Projected completion: Fall 2007.
