The building houses laboratories and preparation areas for Nursing, Occupations, and Clinical Simulation. Administration, faculty offices, storage and restrooms surround the central lab spaces. In keeping with the campuses architectural vocabulary the building is constructed
of cast in place concrete wall panels with cantilevered perimeter walkways. Crowned with a unique wood frame, the 9,000 square foot building incorporates workmanship, spatial efficiency, and architectural excellence.
