The District Headquarters and Fire Station was carefully designed to compliment the surrounding residential neighborhood. California Spanish Revival Architecture
served as the basis of the design. The multi-use space for community gathering can be divided by a folding partition into two conference/classroom spaces. This space is equipped with appropriate communications-electronic systems and can be used as a command post in the event of an emergency.The project includes; Administration Facilities, Apparatus Bay, Living Quarters, Emergency Generator, Loft Space and Drought Tolerant/Fire Resistive Landscaping.
