DOLORES E. POLLOCK HALL NEW MIDDLE SCHOOL REPLACEMENT BUILDING Marymount of Santa Barbara Located in the hills above the Santa Barbara Mission, this 15,000 sq. ft. three-story building houses Marymount Academy's seventh and eighth grade students. The building was designed in the traditional Spanish revival style in response to the historic Mission area. As a private institution, Marymount is subject to the various local building and planning jurisdictions. KBZ helped guide Marymount through a three year planning process that involved extensive neighborhood outreach meetings and public relations efforts. The project also accomodated extensive site improvements.
