Feasibility Analysis for the Renovation of City of Santa Barbara Fire Station No. 1. The Facility needs to be brought up to current building codes in performance and health standards, including a seismic retrofit on the building. The building was originally constructed in 1959 and has only undergone some crew-interior space modifications. The renovation is part of the Redevelopment Agency’s 2003 Allocation Bond Issuance.
