Nipomo Elementary School New Classrooms

The proposed project includes two new classroom buildings containing a total of six transitional kindergarten classrooms and two special education (SPED) classrooms.

Each classroom is designed to provide approximately 1,225 square feet of learning space and includes its own dedicated restroom.

The two buildings are connected by an open central courtyard that will serve as an outdoor gathering and assembly space for students and staff. The project also includes staff restrooms, a custodian room, an electrical room, and an IT room to support daily campus operations. Designed to support the district's youngest learners, the new facilities will provide modern, purpose-built educational environments while creating additional opportunities for learning, collaboration, and community.
